Our inspection trips to Turkey are an excellent way to see for yourself our stunning properties for sale in Turkey and the only way to experience this charming country with its all year round warm climate, gorgeous beaches, exquisite food and legendary hospitality.

Airport Transfer

On arrival we’ll collect you from the airport and provide two to three nights accommodation at a high quality hotel in Altinkum.

Itinerary

During your stay we want you to experience the best of Turkey so we’ll take you on a guided tour of the golden beaches, ancient historical sites, shopping areas and the range of property and construction sites we have available.

During the trip we will be able to offer advice and discuss your needs, requirements and budget. We can also provide legal advice and you can be confident that you are dealing directly with a UK developer and not a sales agent.

Sales

When you have chosen your dream property we can start the legal process. We will take you to the Public Notary and introduce you to a sworn translator and solicitor.

The next stage is to give a Power of Attorney to your chosen solicitor who will oversee your paperwork under our supervision. When your title deeds are ready your solicitor would sign them on your behalf if you are not in Turkey.

We will then send you a copy of your original title deed via email or post. On final completion we will furnish your property in Turkey with all the items to make your property the perfect home in the sun.

We also help you with all other parts of the process from opening a bank account to the best places to shop and eat!
